Narrator (ERROR: UNDEFINED)
Appearences: Yes.

"Cannot escape!"

Narrators are the weakest of the Pokébattles Pantheon. In theory, they interact with Pokémon trainers and provide an interface between them and Pokémon battles. In practice they interact with Pokémon trainers and the interface they provide allows them a lot of control over reality, which they take advantage of for their own amusement. They universally enjoy puns, but each have their own quirks and personalities besides that. This Narrator claims to have been cultivating Sandy Version for five years, but no-one currently alive in Sandy Version recalls a time before this Narrator existing. Fundamentally, the Narrator is.
